What the German Academy learned today:
There are only four full days left of camp and the German Academy cannot believe it! Students have been very busy practicing their dance for the World Expo and making music videos. The boys and girls are each making separate videos for some light competition. On Friday, we went to the Trapp Family Lodge and had the privilege to meet the youngest living child from the Trapp family, Johannes von Trapp. You could certainly tell why the Trapp family decided to settle in Vermont, the rolling hills illuminated their homeland. We also got to try samples of the Trapp Family Maple Syrup, which was the best syrup I have tried.
Wish our students luck as they complete their language tests today and tomorrow! This will be followed by the World Expo celebration on Wednesday.
Check back on Wednesday to read more about the German Academy!
