What the Salamanca Academy did today:

In Spain you can’t go anywhere without seeing bread being sold in one form or another. Whether it’s pastries or just a loaf for the morning. So our students were taken on a quick trip to bread making factory to learn the process and art of making it. Taught be a local baker whose an expert at his craft no less.

Furthermore, at a local restaurant in one of the popular spots in town both American and Spanish students sat down together for an evening of sharing and trying typical tapas (including lamb with pesto and chorizo) of Salamanca. The food was delicious and plentiful and as a result it seems that no plate was left unturned.
